Boomtown Pricing
BoomTown offers several pricing plans:
- Launch: This individual plan costs $1000 per month with a setup fee of $750.
- Grow: This small team plan is priced at $1300 per month with a setup fee of $1700.
- Advance: This standard big team or brokerage package costs $1500 per month with a setup fee of $1500.
In addition, there is a required spend of $250+ per month in PPC advertising with the Launch package. However, PPC spending is not required with the larger packages. For more specific pricing information, it's recommended to contact BoomTown directly.
Payment Method
BoomTown offers a Billing Portal where users can log in to view invoices, make payments, and update payment methods. The portal is accessible at boomtown.peakportal.com/login/index. Users need to create an account using their Customer ID, which is located on the top right-hand side of their invoice.
Payment methods include credit cards, and the card on file is automatically charged on the 3rd of each month for the regular monthly invoice. This invoice includes the Monthly License Fee, MLS Vendor Fees, additional BoomTown products and services, and any paid advertising costs.
For advertising budgets, users can reach out to their Onboarding Specialist or the Digital Strategy Team to make changes. The Advertising Deposit is billed when running advertising through BoomTown and is refunded upon cancellation of all BoomTown services.
For further assistance, users can retrieve previous invoices by logging into the billing portal and downloading them under “Invoice History”.
